Why Banks Danna?
Many people ask why I do the work that I do now instead of continuing my 25+ year executive career, during which I worked for major brands like Starbucks, pro sports teams like the Seattle Sonics & Storm, and other highly successful companies.
It's simple. As I rose through the ranks of corporate life, I saw people lose opportunities, miss chances to be seen on a larger stage, and avoid situations that made them feel uncomfortable—all because they didn't know how to communicate what they wanted to in a way that felt natural for them. And share it in a way that could be heard.
Now, I'm on a mission to help women in leadership learn how to reposition themselves and their career experience through effective communication tools and practices.
